The notary verifies your identity using a valid government-issued photo ID, witnesses your signature on the document, and applies their official notary seal. The entire process typically takes 15–30 minutes depending on the number of documents.
What types of documents can a mobile notary notarize?

What ID do I need for notarization?
You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to the notary. Acceptable forms of identification include a state driver's license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, U.S. military ID, or permanent resident card (green card). The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized. If you have recently changed your name, bring supporting documentation such as a marriage certificate or court order.

Mobile notary service generally starts at $150 per trip. Remote Online Notarization starts at $125 per signature, loan signing packages start at $250, and after-hours or weekend premiums start at $100. Yes. Federal Fingerprinting provides certified loan signing agent (LSA) services for real estate closings, refinances, and mortgage transactions. Our loan signing agents are trained and experienced in handling complete loan document packages, including deeds of trust, promissory notes, closing disclosures, and all associated documents. We work with title companies, escrow officers, mortgage lenders, and real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely closings.
